the location was acceptable as it provided easy access to public transportation.
my room smelled of smoke and the lighting was poor, especially in the bathroom. the room lacked windows, this was disappointing. housekeeping did not, this oversight was unacceptable for the price i paid.

the library provided a quiet retreat. my room included a premium king bed. space was ample and the natural light enhanced the room's appeal i found the decor stylish.
a slight inconvenience i faced was that i had to queue briefly at checkout. it took about ten minutes to be seen. i just needed to drop off my keycard as there was a line.

i found the service staff excellent. they helped me with everything from the front desk to room service. the food was also very good and i really enjoyed it. i would return to the hotel again.
The rooms felt quite tiny even for what i expect. there was not even space on one side of the bed for my things! the shower cubicle was also small. i was asked to pay extra for a room cleaning tip upon checkout, and i declined. That seemed strange.

Angy, the bartender, was SUPER friendly. She gave me amazing cocktail recommendations! She really elevated the experience with her energy at the bar. I also found the location ideal because King's Cross station is across the street so it's easy to navigate the city!
I had some issues with service, as requesting extra tea and milk took a really long time. It took about an hour and a half for the items to arrive. I would expect faster service for a five-star hotel!

The beautiful queen room included great storage space for all my belongings and luggage. The bed was very comfortable for a perfect rest after a long day of sightseeing. the bath and shower were excellent, offering a relaxing experience with high-quality fixtures.

I loved the location, it offered easy access to public transportation. the reception was friendly, and check-in was quick. i was upgraded to the king of kings room. It had amazing views. the rooftop bar had a fantastic vibe at night and it was super easy to catch the tube into the city.
